A program for middle-level managers

 

Second Navigation is a level for those who already have managerment experience and are progressing to more complex managerial challenges. It focuses on systematic thinking and responsibility for change: strategic logic, working with data, scenario modeling, managing multiple stakeholders, and a holistic understanding of the organizational system. The combination of managerial and artistic components provides new understanding of the manager’s mission.

    The study of historical models of decision-making in conditions of total uncertainty forms a managerial identity capable of operating with high stakes. You will develop leadership decisiveness through analyzing the actions of prominent figures from key periods of Ukrainian state-building.

  • What we will do
    A retrospective audit of key historical periods as case studies of leadership under pressure. Analysis of the thinking paradigms of historical figures, representatives of military-political and cultural elites, and their influence on systemic success or failure. Exploration of the archetypes of significant and formative leadership, and the actualization of historical context for modern managerial culture. Analysis of your own leadership strategies through the lens of the leadership of outstanding historical figures.

    You will form a leadership perspective deeply rooted in the national strategic context. You will acquire practices for making systemic decisions in pivotal situations and the ability to extrapolate lessons from the past to solve current managment challenges. Performance art: change as an experience that must be lived. Using improvisation and experimentation to find new forms and manage uncertainty.
